He has led internal consulting efforts for MCI and worked in external consultancies, including McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA in general management from NYU Stern and a BA in sociology from Hamilton College.

Working in partnership with the HR and technology teams, Inara facilitated the integration of OrgPlus Enterprise into several strategic web-based applications. Her experience at Merrill Lynch also included management of Financial Systems and Real Estate Systems. Her prior employment was with Tymshare/McDonnell Douglas and Arthur Young & Company. Inara holds a BA in English and an MA in Communications from Hunter College, CUNY.

Cameron Cegelske has been working as an HR business analyst for Smiths Medical for the past three years. He is responsible for the implementation, process development, design, configuration and testing of their global HR systems, ranging from Oracle HR, OrgPlus and several home grown systems to payroll systems and interfaces. He has eight years experience with Human Resources and HR systems across multiple industries. Prior to Smiths Medical, Cameron worked for Ingersoll-Rand's Climate Control Technologies division within the compensation and benefits department. In this and his current role, he has improved performance for many critical operations including ePayroll, HR systems, global headcount reporting, and overall organizational excellence within the human resources function.

Candler is also an award-winning author, speaker and former national board member for the International Human Resources Information Management Association.

Before joining Quintiles, Ryan held positions of increased responsibility in the fields of HRIS and compensation for over 10 years in New York City. He has worked for several multi-billion dollar corporations, such as Dow Jones, Revlon, and Bowne & Co. Ryan was the project manager for the implementation of OrgPlus Enterprise at Quintiles and led the effort of selecting the vendor for its global standard for an Org Charting solution.
