Inara has over 25 years of project management, systems implementation and development experience. As a VP in HR Technology at Merrill Lynch, she was responsible for the global implementation of OrgPlus Enterprise and OrgPlus Professional, and managed the products through several upgrades. Working in partnership with the HR and technology teams, Inara facilitated the integration of OrgPlus Enterprise into several strategic web-based applications. Her experience at Merrill Lynch also included management of Financial Systems and Real Estate Systems. Her prior employment was with Tymshare/McDonnell Douglas and Arthur Young & Company. Inara holds a BA in English and an MA in Communications from Hunter College, CUNY.

Lawton Harper works in the areas of organization design, major change and senior team effectiveness with CEOs, functional leaders, and partnerships. He has practiced across all business functions and most industry sectors, including special situations such as spin-offs, mergers, and start-ups. Until recently, he served as Director, Organization Effectiveness and Efficiency for two divisions of British Telecom in London. Previously, Lawton conducted independent consulting out of Auckland, New Zealand, led internal consulting efforts for MCI, and worked for external consultancies including McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA in general management from New York University's Stern School and a BA in sociology from Hamilton College.

Cameron Cegelske has been working as an HR business analyst for Smiths Medical for the past three years. He is responsible for the implementation, process development, design, configuration and testing of their global HR systems, ranging from Oracle HR, OrgPlus and several home grown systems to payroll systems and interfaces. He has eight years experience with Human Resources and HR systems across multiple industries. Prior to Smiths Medical, Cameron worked for Ingersoll-Rand's Climate Control Technologies division within the compensation and benefits department. In this and his current role, he has improved performance for many critical operations including ePayroll, HR systems, global headcount reporting, and overall organizational excellence within the human resources function.

Jim Candler is the Vice President of Product Strategy at HumanConcepts, developer of OrgPlus®, the leading software for intelligent organizational charting and workforce modeling. He has more than 25 years of experience in the HRIS industry, including 16 years as Vice President, Global HRIS technology at FedEx. Candler also held senior HR positions with Workscape and American Presidents Line. Just before joining Human Concepts, he held a senior HR strategy position with Workday, Peoplesoft founder Dave Duffield's new ERP Company. He is responsible for many ground-breaking projects including deployment of a 200,000-plus employee and manager and employee self service system at FedEx. In 2001 he led the development the world's largest employee portal at General Motors with 320,000 global users. Candler is also an award-winning author, speaker and former national board member for the International Human Resources Information Management Association.

Ryan Kandel is the Associate Director of Human Resources Information Systems for Quintiles, a pharmaceutical firm headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Before joining Quintiles, Ryan held positions of increased responsibility in the fields of HRIS and compensation for over 10 years in New York City. He has worked for several multi-billion dollar corporations, such as Dow Jones, Revlon, and Bowne & Co. Ryan was the project manager for the implementation of OrgPlus Enterprise at Quintiles and led the effort of selecting the vendor for its global standard for an Org Charting solution.
